You get a quote.

A tailored quote follows the conversation, typically 1-2 business days. PDF in your inbox, every line item explained, with the wrap, prize, and delivery configuration spelled out. The quote is for what you actually want, not a default package you'd later have to undo.

Sign and pay deposit.

Sign with an e-signature, no printing required. The deposit holds the date and the rest is due the day before your event. Pay by Zelle, card, or ACH, whichever fits your accounting.

Wrap and prepIf applicable

If your booking includes a custom wrap, this step kicks in after deposit. You either hire our designer to create the art or you supply your own. Either way, we make sure the art is production-ready, share proofs for your approval, then print and apply before delivery. Lead time matters here, the more notice the better the result.

We deliver and set up.

Door to door, with delivery quoted by zone. We bring the machine in, set it up, calibrate the play, and walk you through operation. About an hour on site from arrival to keys in your hand.

You run the show, we pick up.

The machine is yours for the rental window. Run it on free play for an open lounge or on token mode for structured giveaways, with the prizes you brought or the ones we sourced for you. A phone number you can call if anything comes up.

Pickup happens at the time we agreed when you booked. We walk through the machine on the way out, confirm everything's accounted for, and leave the room the way we found it.

What you get

Included
in every rental.

Every rental ships with the same baseline: machine, delivery, setup, pickup, support. Wrap, prize sourcing, on-site attendant, and extended residencies are configured per event when they fit the room.

How much does it cost to rent a claw machine?

Every quote is built around your event: machine size, rental duration, delivery zone, and any add-ons. Send an inquiry and we follow up in 1-2 business days.

What sizes of claw machines do you offer?

Three sizes. Compact (64" tall) fits plushies 2 to 4 inches, best for tight venues. Mini (53") fits plushies 4 to 6 inches, the most-booked size. Standard (75") fits plushies 7 to 10 inches for full activations and trade shows.

Where do you deliver?

Across Bergen County, NJ and the NY metro.

How far in advance should I book?

Most rentals book within a week. Custom vinyl wraps need 3 weeks for design and production. Sourced plushies need 8 weeks. Quote turnaround is 1 to 2 business days.

What's included with the rental?

The machine arrives ready to play in token or free-play mode. We deliver, calibrate on site, and pick up when the event ends. You bring the prizes.

Can the machine be custom-wrapped?

Yes. Vinyl wraps for any of the three sizes, designed to your brand or event.

Do you provide the plushies?

For most rentals you bring the prizes. We can source plushies to your event spec for off-menu requests. Lead time required.
